CAN 'BIG HOUSE' FANS WAIT LONG ENOUGH?

Michigan Wolverine football fans suffered through a dismal season in 2008 under new coach Rich Rodriguez. The big question, can football fans hang on long enough for this fellow to hit the gridiron?
Who knows if our Miley-Guy will even want to play football, but we are certain already. . .whatever he does he will bring a smile and some laughs to the game!
We've been prepping him all week. . . tonight he takes his first 'dive' into the world of sports. . .yes, it's WATER BABIES class. We prefer to call it "Water Bugs." Since Josh can't get away from work early, Glenn is the stand-in if a second pool presence is needed.
In other news, last weekend was a whirlwind of activity. We skied at Pebble Creek Friday morning (I did well enough to please myself and go back Sunday for a season pass) and then spent the afternoon ice fishing. Saturday, Meghan, Dixie and I did some early morning shopping, but in the afternoon Glenn and I hiked a trail near Scout Mountain in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest. On the relatively short drive home we saw at least 200 mule deer grazing on the sunny sides of hills.
Sunday, skiing again in the a.m. at Pebble, walk down the hill with all of the Jurgens (who had pushed Miles up in the stroller) for a brief visit at their house. Home again for some housework, a nice dinner and WHAM . . . weekend's over again!
"Gutter Guy" is supposed to reappear sometime this week to install front and back gutters. We are closing on the mortgage Friday afternoon. "Cabinet Guy" is coming back sometime soon to finish installing the counterwork in the laundry room. Bit-by-bit, the 'house'-work is getting completed and we may finally settle into a real routine of some sort.
By the time spring rolls around, we'll be ready to "tackle" our yard work, what little we'll do, and Grandpa can begin spring workouts for the Inkom pre-school football team. . .whose starting QB is pictured above! :-)
